Always check review sites to see what previous customers have said about the plumbing company. Not every review needs to to be positive, that would not be realistic. However, look at how the company deals with the customers leaving negative reviews. Are they problem solvers? Do they treat the customer with respect? That is what you are looking for. Ask the company for references, especially for large jobs and commercial contracts.
